a lot of really weird dreams about working in a children's museum as a musician, I had these Boomwacker sorts of percussive instruments and I wandered around the museum sort of making up tunes wherever I went. Also, I was sleeping on a couch at a press conference which was confusing because in the dream I was asleep on the couch but also watching myself on tv during the same event. At one point we were watching old VHS tapes and reading Far Side cartoons.

I dreamt I had one of those tall fake soda bottles people use as piggie banks but mine was full of coffee creamer but I still kept it in my bedroom and not the refrigerator.

I also dreamt I was renovating a van or mobile home or some kind of large vehicle that I was going to travel and live in. It was parked in the back of my house for the most part but it had those sliding bus doors and sometimes when I was working the doors would open and I would be in different places even though no one was driving. I was asked if the van was intended to fly and no that wasn't the plan but apparently it could beam itself places or time travel maybe?

I dreamt I was at a mall that had public showers but I didn't use them because I was looking for my lost cell phone

I dreamt that someone drove over the lawn at my mom's house, they went through the fence by the garage, down the hill, and then out the fence again at the bottom of the hill and then they drove away but we caught them because the car has a chrome decal the length of the car that said Reese's Pieces. also, dad was there and he's been dead for 10 years but in my dream, he was wearing jean shorts and we were cracking up about the whole weird situation.

I dreamt my sister was my next-door neighbor and our yards were connected so the dogs could come over but also the yard from fence to fence was covered with a canopy of umbrellas that looks like Chihuly's Persian Ceiling installation. 

I dreampt the tile wall in my shower had a horizontal crack in it that flexed in and out as if there was airflow behind the wall.  The wall stretched several times before it fell on me while I was bathing.

Thirsty

I dreampt my family was from India and my mother was pressuring me to take music lessons.

I climbed up from the catacombs under a church and when I went outside people were lining up for a wedding.  I thought I recognized the church so I thought I would walk home but I ended up at the air port. I was going to bike home from there but I couldn't get my helmet to attach to my bike. Even though I knew this was wrong I kept insisting that the hardware was faulty.

I dreampt I was going to go swimming in a lagoon but I was afraid there might be alligators.  I went up a trail to a hill that was made of sand.  I climbed the hill to top so I could look down into the water.  Of course I could see the alligators in the water below me.  As I sat on the hill I knew one of them had come out of the water and followed me up the trail.

I dreampt the bathtub would not stop overflowing and I ran out of towels to sop up the water. When I left the bathroom I saw a smaller shower on the landing of the second floor.  It was old and rusty and the curtains were very dirty.  There was a curtain across the top so you couldn't splays the ceiling. You could see where the water was getting the carpet wet but I didn't turn the water off.

What was all that

I was driving the bookmobile and when I got to a school and stopped I discovered that my new intern was the still college age girl I had known in college.  I haven't seen her since we graduated but somehow only I had aged.  

At the school I went inside to use the restroom but once I sat down I realized that I was in the men's room.  I didn't know how to leave without anyone seems my mistake so I just sat there for ages.  The commodes were separated by curtains instead of walls and I could see the men using the bathroom and I think they could see me but no one said anything. 

Still at the school we saw a room that was supposed to be a fun house but I didn't go in I just watched from the doorway. At the other woman followed the maze she seemed to  get disoriented and I worried she could not find her way back despite the rooms tiny size.  I cannot explain why I was near hysterics over this.  I felt the woman could not come back and as they walked into the house they were not just physical but mentally further and further from.  I kept yelling at her to come back. I told her to turn around and follow certain electrical cables.  I felt if i went in the room i would be lost too,  I told her to grab a certain colored cable and not to let go but let it lead her back to the doorway where I was sure the spell would let go. I don't know how it all ended, I woke up feeling anguished and panicked.

I dreampt I was walking my dog along the beach and he found a seaweed covered hole like the one in Star Wars the Last Jedi and he jumped in and I woke up before I could do anything about it.

All Together Strange

I had a very strange overlapping sort of dream that kept coming back to the same house.  In part of the dream I had to change clothes but one of the bathrooms was in use and one of the bedrooms had a big puddle on the floor.  I found a bathroom to use in the house where there was a bridal salon attached but then the toilet broke and they blamed me when I all I did was put on a new outfit.  Then I went to work and we were hosting a viewing for someone who had died. We were running it like a party and I had a guest list.  The urn was on the front desk and it was huge, nearly two feet tall.  People came to the funeral with their dogs but then the dogs all got away so we had to find them. While chasing dogs I ran by the house from before and also out on the bike path.  I saw people trying to catch an injured cat and it turned out one of the dogs I had caught was really friendly.  Since the cat was badly hurt we imagined the cat would come out and lay down with the sweet dog just to get some rest. After all this I dreampt I took a nap but people kept coming upstairs to ask me things. Sometimes when I woke up I was in the dream house and others I was in my own house.  I didn't really wake up though I dreampt waking up too.  Later watched Big Bang Theory but the girl characters revealed that they had spies all over town who they could call to check in on the boys and they used them to get the boys to do the what they wanted like come home in time for dinner. Somewhere in the middle I dreampt I was a student at a Japanese high school and we had to go upstairs but each grade was on one floor.  This was labeled but not in a way that made sense to me.  After the meeting which was more like a business meeting we got to go home early but I couldn't figure out where the ground floor was. 

Phantom Limb

I had a terrible nightmare - I was watching a man in a bathroom attack his left hand with a hammer he held in his right hand. He beat his hand to a pulp and then worked his way up the arm destroying the limb. As I watched the bathroom became drenched in blood as the hammer flung spray on the walls. He was screaming and I first I thought it was just that he was in pain, surely thats enough but I realized something was making him attack his own hand and it wasn't him wanting to hurt himself. Suddenly everything stopped and the bathroom reset itself and went back to normal and the limb was back to normal too.

Water and work

September 18th, 2016

Dreamt I was overseas and trying to move but people kept coming over with food. When I tried to eat the desserts they just fell apart. The toilet began to overflow and the porcelain was pink. While I was in the bathroom people came over with art for me to decorate with even though I was still moving away. I could see water under the floor like I was standing on a bridge and the water was in theses gutters around the apartment as if the toilet leaked all the time. People started using my other shower because  I seemed to have three. I couldn't remember if I had my car so I kept debating if I needed a driver. I didn't have a job so I got one in this big indoor shopping center that was more like a super store with no walls then it was an actual mall. I was suppose to organize the merchandise but I kept getting in trouble. I was a stall for candles but the boss wouldn't explain things to me and I got confused. I tried to work at the spa but it was gross. I don't know what my last job was but a lady kept saying how New York was so much better.

Funeral in the backyard

Today I had a two hour nap during which Mercer Mayer, the kids book author, came to my house and we had a funeral in the backyard, and while i know he is a he in my dream he was a she. Then we went to work, I had to do research on barbershops and then i got locked in the bathroom at the Bellfair Country Store and i had to get people's attention in the building across the street. Then I woke up.
