On Fire

I dreampt I was part of an enslaved people who was skilled with horses.  We used our skills to help our masters raise amazing animals.  In my dream the horses were huge, like draft horses but exceedingly graceful.  The large white barn that I worked in kept catching fire.  We would run in to save the horses and while no horses died many of my people did.  In the dream I could see from above the chaos of the fire, the horses tearing around like the running of the bulls, biting at each other and the people. Sometimes the horses would attack each other with such ferocity that they were nearly impossible to separate. We finally decided one night to burn the barn down ourselves and steal all the horses.  We ran through the fields planning to ride the horses far away.   As we got the complex of barns I went to a smaller building on the left.  I don't recall if music was playing the whole time but my dream had a soundtrack at this point. I peaked into a room filled with Japanese ornaments and probably art from a mix of other Asian cultures.  I saw a welcome cat. What impressed me the most was my first look at a tiny tv sitting on a chair. No one was around so I got closer.  I saw a commercial for the movie Thor. The tv was so luminous and beautiful, so captivating that I don't recall how the dream ends. Oddly I remember someone saying that our masters were Turks but since I never saw them I don't know how I know that this is wrong.  I know that despite the Western style barn, my people and the land seemed Asian, as if we were from Mongolia or Tibet.  Again these are just impressions from within the dream.  My clothes were long, long pants with a long shirt with long sleeves which seems highly impractical. Every hem had a thick embroidered detail.

I dreampt I was at work and a girl asked me to watch her black horse but instead I left my job and rode the horse to the fair.  It was raining and I didn't have shoes.  I helped people clean up and then as people stood around and talked I hugged a man that I thought was my grandfather.  He was so much taller than me that when I put my arms about his waist my head fit under his arm so he could shield me from the rain.

I dreampt we were on vacation and we drove to the beach.  There was a tsunami and I kept being pulled further and further out to sea.  I thought of learning to body surf and how you feel the undertow almost before you see the wave.  A boat came to rescue us but the waves were so high that they came over the deck and we had to hang on the railing. I think I was washed overboard.  I remember rising and falling with the waves and having my back to the shore.  We were rescued and taken to a shelter with ice cream. They had three flavors of ice cream and bowls, cones and waffles bowls .  We didn't want to eat the ice cream because it wasn't soft serve so we couldn't make fun swirls on our ice cream cones.

Later at the shelter I saw a woman and her friend beat a man to death but I took his watch before they could and swore to use it as evidence. I told them they could have the watch but I would only trade for something the woman couldn't bare to be parted from.  She cried a lot but I don't know what she decided. 

Modern Ice Age

Have you seen the overly large animals at the science museum that used to roam the earth during the ice age? The saber tooth tigers, mammoths, huge sloth and beaver? I dreampt that giant horses were alive, they were orange and white like huge tabby cats and they were enormous in a way I cannot describe. I've seen draft horses and in my dream they were bigger and carnivorous. It was fantastically terrifying, it was like the book Scorpio Races by Maggie Steifvater.

Found and Lost

I dreampt I went for a run with my dog on the bike path and we ended up in the next town but somehow we also got lost.  I saw people working outside and they said I could come in and use the phone. In their office I found a car like my dad's only it was a convertible and they said they were fixing it up for me.  One of the mechanics was a girl I knew in high school.

I dreampt I was watching and also in the show Stranger Things.  My little brother went missing when he went outside and I was too scared to watch the show but I also I knew I had to find my brother.  We went to the police station for help and the office was full of horses and a tiny donkey.  Everything took place at night.  I remember my brother had blonde curly hair but I never saw his face. In my dream we had a land line phone too. 

Horse Lords

Last night I dreamt that the world had the same number of people as horses and the horses also came in unicorn and Pegasus. There was a natural disaster and no one knew what to do so one of the horse lords who had god powers was telling the history of his people on the planet. He was using a semi trailer container that he levitated as his platform. He got mad that no one was listening since there was a also a flood or something and he just took all the other Pegasus and unicorn and magically took them to another planet.

Strange dreams again. countries at war, a battle in a rolling field, people with dark tan and navy uniforms with older style guns. I was watching from a low patio, it wasn't safe. A friend was shot, maybe killed. in the dream she was my sister. i woke up suddenly and feel a bit wrecked.

earlier in the night I dreampt of horses running loose around the house. a small foal who could leap from his stable and a huge dapple grey wearing traces for a cart or wagon but who was too proud and ran throwing his head and kicking his feet

i didnt have anything for dinner and i dont know what any of it means

Things I dreampt about -

An indoor horse arena with hills and grass that reminded me of a dog park in Dayton.

A truck that I rode in that also had toys in the back that seemed familiar.

A hotel with a light over the door so you could tell when someone was about to come in but it was others guests with the same key. The room had a radio with a speaker but it was so the staff could listen to you. The staff had fake guests to see if you had anything illegal. The came in once and made a mess of everything. Then when a friend came over to sing a song and blow up balloons the staff came back and took all the balloons.

I woke up and went back to sleep and then there was another dream that followed the first hotel dream because it was in the same hotel. I dreampt I told a friend about the first dream when i called to tell her to be careful because there was a wild animal in the parking lot. I thought it was a big cat but it kept morphing and at one point became a Javelina. We still met up but it seemed like one of my bags was missing. At this point a friend's dad drove us to a Hispanic heritage festival where it turns out she speaks Spanish but I did not. I didn't recognize any people at the festival but my friend with the balloons and the songs from before was sort of there, it was like her voice was in someone else. Like in little mermaid where she gives away her voice but I think the people at the hotel took it.
